DIY: Flower Hoop Earrings

Models grazed the runway at Vanessa Bruno Spring 2011 accessorized with fabric flower earrings. Make these for a tiny fraction of the cost – just $6.

You’ll need:

  • Fabric Lei ($2.99 at Hobby Lobby, less 40% off coupon)
  • Gold hoop earrings (on sale for $3 at Rue 21)
  • Tacky Glue
  • Scissors

Items Needed

1. Cut string on lei

2. Remove 3 flowers from lei and dab tacky glue so the three flowers stick together

3. Thread flower bunch with hoop earring

4. Place flower earring in left ear and other hoop earring in right ear. Pair with a spring frock.
